By using Hotelu you agree to these terms. Hotelu acts as an intermediary between travellers and accommodation providers. Bookings are subject to the individual property's policies.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once payment is received or a pay-at-hotel booking is accepted by the property. You must provide accurate guest information.
Liability
Hotelu is not liable for services provided by the property. Any dispute regarding the stay is between you and the property, with Hotelu assisting where reasonable.
